Find out how SNAPS can help

SNAPS offers a range of services for children, families, parents and carers, including:

  • Hydrotherapy (1:1, only available at Penny Field)
  • Swimming (1:1)
  • Rebound therapy (1:1)
  • Football
  • Stay and play
  • Other therapies as available including dance, yoga, speech and language therapy
  • Holiday activities
  • Family support
  • Parent and carer groups
  • Parent and carer wellbeing sessions

Children and family sessions take place from 9.30am to 1.30pm on Saturdays during term time.

Sessions take place at the following locations:

  • Penny Field SILC, Tongue Lane, Meanwood, Leeds LS6 4QD
  • Co‑op Academy Brierley, Cross Green Lane, Cross Green, Leeds LS9 0BA

How to access our services

Please complete our referral form and a member of the SNAPS team will be in touch. 

Please note: due to high demand, referrals for some activities are currently closed.

Referrals are not currently available for: Rebound Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Swimming and Cooking Club.
Referrals are currently open for: Dance, Football and Musical Theatre.

We will update this page when referrals for the closed activities reopen.


Complete a referral form

Children do not need a formal diagnosis to access SNAPS’ services. Families can self-refer, or be referred by another organisation. Sessions must be booked in advance.
