About Ali Mitchell

I joined SNAPS in March 2020 having worked in the charitable sector for over 20 years in a variety of roles and organisations, alongside my work as a yoga teacher and therapist. I have really enjoyed supporting SNAPS in expanding the wellbeing offer for parents, carers and families. We offer a variety of support sessions and activities aimed at encouraging peer support, providing a sense of community, offering respite to parents and carers and opportunities to learn skills to help manage and reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
