Chris has extensive experience in Human Resources management, having been an HR Manager/Director in five businesses, before running his own management consultancy. He also worked with a wide range of charities before moving to Leeds, where he chaired Advonet. In 2014 Chris joined SNAPS and became Chair and still can’t be shifted from the job! In 2016 he developed the West Yorkshire Children’s Additional Needs Network.

He lives in Leeds, is married to Annie, has two children and three grandchildren, sings in the Leeds Male Voice Choir, and loves his adopted city.
